Ark Invest Sells $42.6M of COIN
Ark Invest sold $42.6 million of COIN. They have sold $150 million worth since December 5th.
Cronos Partners for zkEVM Layer 2 Testnet
Cronos, in partnership with Matter Labs and others, has launched the testnet for their zkEVM Layer 2. The chain will allow developers to build atop Ethereum by easily spinning up new layer 2 and layer 3 hyperchains.
Ledger Connect Kit Library Compromised
Ledger’s connect kit library used in the smart contracts of many protocols was compromised after a Ledger employee’s account details were phished. According to ZachXBT, over $600,000 of user funds have been compromised, and Tether later blacklisted the address holding 44,000 in USDT.
Arbitrum Proposes Support for Celo Chain Migration
Arbitrum Foundation proposes to support Celo chain’s migration to an Ethereum L2 through their Arbitrum Orbit L2 software development kit. Celo, who planned to use the OP stack for its migration, has also been pitched Polygon and Matter Labs zero-knowledge chain technology previously.

LayerZero launches V2 to Testnet. The upgrade increases throughput, introduces executors for permissionless execution, gives omnichain applications the option for complete control over their security and more.

Crypto native Investment firm Cyber.Fund, who previously backed Cosmos, Solana, and Polkadot, will be investing $100 million in blockchain projects that intersect AI and the internet of things.
